Auto Coded in Extra Information
Note:
This feature also applies to ground handlers who create Delayed Bag Files on behalf of an airline.
The file reference airline must subscribe to Bag Journey and have set the field Use Auto File Coding (Delayed Bag) in the Customer Settings screen to Yes.
WorldTracer indicates in the Extra Information section of a Delayed Bag File that the Reason for Loss and Fault Station have been automatically coded in the file.
If the agent updates the Reason for Loss or Fault Station, the Extra Information section of the file retains the auto-coded data.
